November already?
In the time that I have been part of this learning community I have changed my action research like I change my socks : ). This is my first year with HRD and I believe I learn something new everyday regrading our clients and their needs. While learning to simply turn my ipod on and off and becoming familiar with action research I have come up with an idea that has been getting positive feedback. Tanya has given me great video footage of One Voice training that took place this summer. I hope to begin using the footage as a model with this group and begin asking for feedback. As luck would have it I have a defective ipod and will be getting a new one tomorrow (finally). I look forward to beginning my research.

What is your question? Take a look at the CAB conference there is a post that includes all current questions and suggested format for questions. You may want to focus on something specific.
It's definitely a discovery process, coming up with essential questions for action research. Ipod/podcasting technology is the popular format now to deliver "spurts" of information. I like your idea of creating a training podcast once a month and hosting E-Bolts sessions where participants can ask questions. How will all of this tie in with what you are trying to do with Effective Schools? How will your participants benefit from this technology? How do you plan on evaluating the effectiveness of this technology with your goals in Effective Schools?
